Trade Visitors
Pre-Registration
- Free admission for those who pre-register on-line by 23 October 2024.
(Register through “INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION” page.) - If you have more than 2 people from the same company / organisation, you can register all members at the same time through group registration. (Register through “GROUP REGISTRATION” page.)

Admission process
- Register your information through our official Pre-Registration page.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the barcode once your application is approved.
- Bring the confirmation email with barcode to the self-print counter to collect your Trade Visitor badge
*If you are unable to present the confirmation email containing the barcode as proof of your pre-registration, you will be required to register on-site with a registration fee of SGD 50.
On-site purchase
- Scan the QR code to access the on-site registration form. After completing the on-site registration form and online payment, proceed to the on-site counter to receive your Trade Visitor badge.
- Group registration is not available on-site.
Rules and Regulations
- Admission is valid for all 3 days of the show.
- Visitors must wear their badges at all times.
- Entry will be refused for those without an authorised Trade Visitor Badge.
- If you are unable to provide a print-out of the confirmation email or show the screen of the confirmation email containing the barcode as proof of your pre-registration, you will be required to purchase the admission ticket (SGD50) and thereafter proceed to register on-site.
- The visitor badge is non-transferable and visitors found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into Food Japan or future exhibitions.
- The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse entry and /or to request any person to leave the venue without stating a reason.
- This event is strictly for trade only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted. (even if accompanied by an adult)
- Dress code is strictly business attire. Attendees in casual clothing or footwear will not be permitted entry. The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse admission to visitors who are not properly attired.
- Those in flipflops, sports sandals, and shorts will not be able to enter the hall.
- Carry bags and trollies are not allowed in the hall.
- The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse entry and /or to request any person to leave the venue without stating a reason.
Public Visitors
On-line purchase
- You may purchase the public day ticket on-line. (on-line ticket sales available until 26th Oct. 4pm)
- You will need a valid email address to purchase the tickets online.
- You may purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction. For multiple tickets purchased, collection of the wristbands can only be done by the purchaser.
On-site purchase
- Scan the QR code to access the on-site purchase form. After completing the on-site purchase form and online payment, proceed to the counter to receive your wristband(s) for entry.
- On-line ticket sales is available until 26th Oct. 4pm.

- Entry will be refused for those without the authorized wristbands.
- For multiple tickets purchased, collection of the wristbands can only be done by the purchaser.
