About Registration
Trade Visitors
Pre-Registration (Will open in August 2025)
- Free admission for those who pre-register online by 15 October 2025.
(Register through “INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION” page.) - Group registration is available for 2 to 10 persons from the same company or organisation. If you wish to register as a group, please register via the “GROUP REGISTRATION” page.

Admission process
- Register via our official Pre-Registration page.(Will open in August 2025)
- Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a barcode.
- Bring the confirmation email with barcode (either printed or on your mobile device) to the self-print counter to collect your Trade Visitor badge.
Important
If you are unable to present the confirmation email with the barcode as proof of your pre-registration, you will be required to register on-site and pay the admission fee of SGD 50.
On-site Registration (SGD 50/pax)
- Scan the QR code to access the on-site registration form.
- Complete the form and make payment online.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Proceed to the self-print counter to collect your Trade Visitor badge.
*Group registration is not available on-site.
Rules and Regulations
- Admission is valid for all 3 days of the show.
- All visitors must wear their badges at all times.
- Entry will be denied to those without a valid Trade Visitor badge.
- If you cannot provide a printed or digital version of your confirmation email with barcode, you will need to purchase an admission ticket (SGD 50) and register on-site.
- Visitor badges are non-transferable. Misuse will result in denial of entry to Food Japan and future events.
- The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse entry and /or to request any individual to leave the venue without stating a reason.
- This is a trade-only event. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted, even if accompanied by an adult.
- Dress code: Business attire only. Entry will be refused to those wearing casual clothing or inappropriate footwear.
- Not permitted: Flip-flops, sports sandals, shorts.
- Large carry bags and trolleys are not allowed in the exhibition hall.

Public Visitors
Online Ticket Purchase
- Entry is available only on Saturday, October 18.
- Tickets will go on sale online in early August.
- Public day tickets can be purchased online. Ticket sales will close at 4:00pm on 18 October.
- A valid email address is required for online purchases.
- You may purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction. If multiple tickets are purchased, only the purchaser may collect all wristbands.
- Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please bring the confirmation email (either printed or on your mobile device) with you on the day of the event to collect your wristband.
How to Enter
- Present the confirmation email (printed or on your smartphone) at the designated counter to collect your wristband(s) for entry.
*For bulk purchases, only the original purchaser may collect the wristbands.
